These Terms & Conditions apply to the text messaging program operated by Unity Fitness LLC, doing business as Lagree & Co ("Lagree & Co"), 20265 Valley Blvd Ste I, Walnut, CA 91789.
SMS Terms
- Program: Lagree & Co client texts.
- Customer care messages: When you text Lagree & Co, we reply to help with class times, pricing, bookings, class packs, memberships, and other studio questions. During a phone call, if you ask for a link (such as the booking page or our app) and agree to receive it, we send it by text.
- Birthday messages: If you opt in, we send one happy birthday message per year, which may include a birthday offer. Opting in is optional.
- Message frequency: Varies for customer care messages, based on your requests. One birthday message per year if you opted in.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: Reply STOP to cancel all messages.
- Help: Reply HELP for assistance, call (909) 588-6085, or email lagreeandco@gmail.com.
- Consent: Consent is not a condition of purchasing any class, pack, or membership.
Availability
The program may be changed, paused, or ended at any time. Delivery depends on mobile carrier availability and your device and service plan. Lagree & Co is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Information handling for this program is described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and messaging consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Consent is given directly to Lagree & Co and is used only for this program.
