  • Welcome to Lagree & Co.! We’re thrilled you’re here! Please arrive 15 minutes before class so you have plenty of time to get comfortable and familiarize yourself with our Mega Pro machines.

    Please inform your instructor before class if you require modifications due to physical/health conditions, injuries, or pregnancy.

    Wear fitted workout clothes that allow a full range of motion.

    Stay hydrated and bring a towel to wipe off sweat—Lagree is low-impact but high-intensity, and you’ll feel the burn!

    GRIP SOCKS ARE REQUIRED for safety and stability on our Mega Pros. You may purchase a pair at our studio if you don’t have any.

  • Thanks to Lagree’s low-impact design, it’s suitable for people of all fitness levels. The Lagree Method delivers a group-fitness experience that offers a challenge for everyone. This includes advanced athletes, while also accommodating the specific needs of those who are enduring physical/health issues, women who are pregnant, or clients managing injuries. For those seeking a thorough introduction, we also offer a Beginner Burn class, which is performed at a slower pace and more modifications are offered.

  • Yes, we have an ample amount of parking in our parking lot!

  • Reservations can be cancelled without penalty if done at least 10 hours before class. If you cancel within this window, the class will be returned to your account, and no cancellation fee will apply.

    Cancellations made within 10 hours of class time will incur a $15 late-cancel fee, and the class will not be returned to your account.

    Failure to show up for class without cancelling will result in a $20 no-show fee, and the class will not be returned to your account.

  • All new clients, class packs, and membership purchases are final sale, non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used by the original purchaser. Membership may be cancelled at any time with 14 days written notice before the next billing cycle.

  • Members may freeze their membership once per calendar year.

    Freeze length: minimum 14 days, maximum 60 days.

    No classes may be used during the freeze.

    Billing automatically resumes at the end of the freeze.

    Freeze must be requested before the next billing date.
